    @spongefile, I'm a total couch potato, which is why I need something drastic or I'll die before I'm 40. :P

    @msjen, it's this program in which you sign up to exercise at 6:45 in the morning, 3-6 times a week, for about 6 months. You join a group, the morning exercises are always with the group, and if you don't show up, or show no progress, the fee you pay for the program (which is already quite high) is doubled. It was coined by our company and started early this year. Was a big success so now I decided to try it as we employees get a special deal.

    I've noticed the kid's been a harsh taskmaster in this respect. She wakes up at 6-7 whether we want to or not. You learn fast not to stay up till 2am anymore.

    @spongefile: yeah, I've heard that. I'm childfree, so can't get help from there. Fortunately I'm working in the evenings, so I don't usually have to wake up early. But my health club's program starts 8.30 am and I'd like to go there more often, but it is sometimes too early for me. Which is a pity, since I pay them monthly.
